Refund policy

 

PURCHASE RETURNS

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your order, but if for any reason you’re not, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the ship date for a refund to the original method of payment (less shipping). Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, a clear photo or video of the item, and a reason for the return. 

To initiate a return, please contact us immediately at support@heartblings.com for the address and return instructions before returning an order. All returns must receive authorization from support first or WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

EXCHANGES: We don't process exchanges at this time. To ensure your satisfaction, kindly return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@heartblings.com.


ORDER CANCELATION & MODIFICATION

All of our products are crafted or printed on demand especially for each customer as soon as the order is placed. Therefore, once an order has gone into production, it cannot be canceled or modified.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
  • Engraved or personalized items are made to order especially for you and may not be returned as they cannot be restocked.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Package Protection insurance fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization will be refused upon receipt.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 48 hours of the package delivery if your order is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, via email to support@heartblings.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

The email must include clear photographic or video evidence of the defect in question. We want you to love your purchase and we stand by our quality.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first, as they WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
